Audrey, a 25-years-old recent graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, who has never tasted any alcoholic drink in her life, was recently diagnosed with a serious liver disease.
Audrey, on a visit to the United States, fell ill and was taken to the emergency room where it was determined that her liver was no longer able to do its job of removing toxins from her body. She would need a liver transplant, which involve an enormous amount of money, in order to survive. She desperately needs the help of her family, friends, well-wishers and the community in order to get through this challenge.
This situation is DESPERATE!. and we need all the help we can get. A fund has been established with the National Transplant Assistant Fund(NTAF), a non -profit tax exempt organization dedicated to providing financial and emotional assistance to transplant patients and their families.
